I re read the book up till now. We could say this marriage could be related to an arranged one. By the fact that they now nothing of each other and the fact they they already are engaged.
During the Karina fruit incident adrenaline was running high things had to be done so emotions for a past life took the back burner. There was some information shared by both parties but not a lot since Kou-chans life needed to be saved. By the end of the first arc there is budding feelings and things can be worked out.
Now there is nothing past memories is starting to show up and Kou-chan Hasn't had time to think about it. Since Caius dosn't know to much about his fiance,He can only guess how to make things better.
This current chapter, I can tell that Caius was sad because from Ch.29 Kou-chan cried and responded with something got in my eyes. I believe Caius is trying to help his future bride. But you can't help someone if you don't know the full story. I'm looking forward to the next chapter because with Kou-chan. We are just as left in the dark like Cauis.
Sorry for this being so choppy I'm not use to writing long Summary like analysis without having enough info on both parts. This story is definitely a slow burn on plot and character growth.

I'm not gonna lie I got a little upset seeing Koko sheath his pinpin in another person. But then I noticed some things. I knew about the game that the main couple is playing. Here it is: Wataru has only had the taste of prep work. Now he has a little toy and his imagination.
Koko does have the attraction as he is well versed in the game he knows what the dos and donts and most important he set everything up. But we have yet to see how long he has planed to get Wataru most likely we will get the chapter giving us a better date/time.
In this current chapter, we know he has a type. Seeing the Wataru look-alike has given me an idea. Wataru look-alike is a stand-in (a toy) Koko can get whoever he wants but seeing his pattern he's not going to stop. He's not going to use toys and his imagination. at the same time, I have a feeling he is not going to use these people as a way to get Wataru jealous. If anything based on Wataru's character he might get discouraged and sad not wanting to be near Koko and then wanting to do something stupid then go to Mama. The reason why I say this is because the game has changed I can see that Wataru is in fact infatuated with Koko. And based on GrapeKiwi it can be the same. Im glad I wasn't the only one to notice some of the same things.
He really doesnt look like Wataru. If anything, he looks like Hinata 2.0.
