It’s such a typical route these stories use too the FL is either so self absorbed in the first story and believes everything is gonna happen like the story that they fail to see how the story is completely changing from the original story due to their actions. It can be extremely frustrating with how naive the FL is to their surroundings.

Well actually there was a discussion the FL had with the knight who became her butler and she was saying how the knight had a good life he could go back to (like he was rich or something. Basically someone well off) but she didn’t have that kind of life so she said she changed her mind about going back to her world due to the fact that she wouldn’t have a hard life in the story world. And it was implied a little that she was slightly interested in her husband that she was trying to get away from.
The FL always knew or well thought that once the ML see the story heroine he will fall for her which is why the FL was constantly always trying to leave but since the ML is “attach” to her she taking the chance to enjoy herself before everything crashes down and he meet the heroine.
