it's not like this is their full time job, they do it as a hobby. They have to translate, then go into photoshop to put in the english. It's not easy and it can take hours. And if they didn't volunteer hours of their time you would have to wait for this to be licensed and released in English. So sit down and learn some patience.

Well the scanlators of chapter 19 are planning to publish their own translation of chapter 20 so if you see Saezuru pop up any time soon, don't get too excited. They've said chapter 21 won't be out till the end of March so heads up.
