Yes. She reincarnated back to the same kingdom but i guess different capital. She was a knight who escorted the emperor (who now barks because of unknown condition) she was killed after protecting the other kid in chap1 (who i believe is young sidis) in chapter 1 it says 100 years ago. Now the emperor is 150 yrs old and back then when he was young the lady knight was already 60 even though she looks 20. Hope this helps
So, at the moment there are 2 Country/Kingdom.
(1) is the Kingdom she was a knight in past life. That Kingdom is very strong, have magic power and man+woman can be equal. Because if magic, people who live in that Kingdom and received the blessing of magic even if it small amount, have much longer lifespan than any other people from other country. The Core of the Magic resides in the middle of the castle and looks like a tower of light. In the past life, MC has learned swordmanship since little and also able to use magic. The only people who can use magic is after you kinda touch or get a piece of it from the MAGIC CORE TOWER. Then, MC fall into that MagicCore and dead. But because she died like that, she reincarnated with some magic but not strong enough to use for battle.
Now, she reincarnated into the neighbor country.
A small normal country with normal people. Think of it as like European from long long time ago. Woman should have no power, noble rank determined your worth, no magic no power.
She have to grew up like any other girl from low noble house. If she pick up sword, she will be looked down, heck, she won't even allowed to do that in first place. She have to learn all ladylike things like manners, arts, music, ball dance, etc.
That's why, even though she still have/know the skills to fight, she don't have the strength needed to properly back up those skills.
Because it's a weak country, that's why people there are being scared and super respectful towards the KING who now bark came to visit .
But some imbeciles though this will be a good chance to gain some power. If by any chance they're able to kill the King or take him as hostage, they can get the power of that 1st Kingdom. So they aim to either take down that country or somehow get the ownership of MAGIC CORE TOWER.

because the details (dialogue, character development,etc...) were absolute SHIT, it's not worth reading at all.
don't bother reading if you're waiting for something satisfactory, there are none and nick is an absolute fuckface along with the mc's family especially the parents.
