lezhin changed the “now i cry because of you my lord” with “now i get drunk because of you my lord” but, most importantly, changed “even if i were to die, i don’t expect you to change” with a trivial “i won’t weep over you my lord”, i feel like it was much more meaningful before
I'm glad they changed it because it didn't make sense before. I'm very happy NK is not falling head over heels in love with his rapist just because he's acting a bit nicer than before.

No it didn't. NK has never cried because of his feelings for SH, so it didn't make sense for him to say that "I cry because of you my lord". However it does make sense that he got drunk because he's worried about his feelings.
The fact that he says "I won't weep over you" also displays his combative spirit. It also makes a lot more sense for him to say that because in the next scene he refuses to walk alongside SH and even says "I won't go with you my lord".
well if you are on twitter you saw that neither of the translations make sense and are nothing like the original

i just want mafuyu to let yuki go... not a negative way don’t get me wrong, i just want him to live his love with uenoyama genuinely; obviously i know it’s hard to forget someone who was so important in your life, yuki was and will always be a part of him, but mafuyu needs to realize that yuki is his past, now ue is his present and hopefully his future
yeah me to i always find mafuyu camparing uenoyama and yuki, ofc we will never fully forget about him but i just want him to forget about him to the point it dosent affect mafyuu's and uenoyama relationship

This is also my thought. I like Yuki and I know he is important to Mafuyu but like I just wanted Mafuyu and Uenoyama to be happy and so in love with each other. Sometimes, I feel bad for Uenoyama because somehow it looks like he is a rebound :(((( but also sometimes I kinda feel that Mafuyu really love him too ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
