Nah, getting mad at a drugged man is the weird thing here. You’ve gotta be unbelievably dense to not figure out what’s going on with him. A man is panting, blushing, sweating and pushing you away after drinking a “special” drink that a girl who is in love with him and dragged him away gave him? Wow, wonder what’s going on here. Huge mystery. Be fr, it’s so obvious it doesn’t make sense for her not to know, especially when she’s from modern world where you learn about spiking drinks (especially as a woman) pretty early on.
But since she’s not overall a dense character I find it weird author didn’t make her realize what’s going on here. They are both frustrating, but blaming the victim here is crazy

Ugh that was kind of bad, I apologize. I didn’t mean for it to be very victim blame-y. It is not his fault he got drugged and he did tell FL to give him space/leave. I just hate all these forced misunderstandings and may have projected other instances of other MLs in other scenarios(not necessarily having been drugged but scenarios of telling the FL to leave for her sake but not really explaining why or doing it in a way that just breeds more misunderstandings) onto him as well. I should just have stated instead that I wished for more clearer communication between the main characters especially in such instances. I don’t think I remembered if the FL saw him drink anything from the other lady for her to think his drink was spiked and that’s why he’s acting this way but she probably should have also thought something was definitely wrong. I interpreted it as that she only saw him pushing her away again and being cold even when she thought they were finally becoming closer and that the redness and panting is much more obvious for us since it’s drawn but not necessarily for her. As for the spiking thing and being from the modern world, I didn’t think about that because just because you know about an issue and know the signs it is also a different thing to be able to see it in your everyday life and realize that is what’s happening. Like a person can know about gaslighting and see it on TV or what but another to realize it is happening to themselves or someone close to them. Also there really isn’t any real aphrodisiacs in the real world but there are drugs that can make victims more susceptible(depressants, hallucinogenics and etc, rarely stimulants) which I think present much different signs than the one shown. I probably should remember to think things out more before hitting that submit button though. Thank you for calling me out.

The thing is, she did notice he’s red and has a fever and she did see him drink it because they both drunk it. The maid even said “it’s a special drink” (though for her and was very adamant on him drinking that one specific one which is already suspicious). After that he got dragged away but a girl she noticed likes him. I feel like there are so many clear signs, she’s just super dense about it which makes no sense.
However, I understand your frustration a lot. They are both dumb and kinda annoying at this point, this level of miscommunication is just frustrating, they are both at fault when it comes to that. I’m not a fan of taking it this far. Thank you for such mature response though!
