After some more thought my final opinion for now, after binging the entire first season, is that everyone needs therapy. Especially Uriel. ESPECIALLY Aquila. And Lamia needs some too after the kinda stuff she's witnessed.
And I'm still really confused about the plot... Like, any hints that I do pick up make me angry too. On one hand I really like lamia bc she takes such good care of her brother, but she's so nasty to the prince... And on the other hand I really fvcking wish the prince would be strait up and tell her what's his deal without springing on his love confession when he's gotta know that she has a very negative impression of him (bc of Uriel).
I guess what I've really learned is that Lamia's dad is really fvcking awful. But even then he clearly raised Lamia well... So much emotions. So many conflicting feelings. V much confusion.

If it were me and my brother id badger him about what actually happened, because there's clearly a discrepancy between the prince's behavior and how the brother tells the story. But that's just me.
