I really liked the character but it was so short and also the plot was rushed a lot because of the shortness this could have been so good

It's interesting to see how a relationship changes and progress when you're getting ready to have a child. For example these two are always fighting and such and tho they don't do it much anymore it'd be interesting and cute to see how they change like kotani taking care of shishikura and making sure he's okay etc. I'm not really good at explaining things but pregnancy and children really progresses a relationship so I guess many ppl want to see that although not everyone I suppose.
But I don’t think the people in the comment section who are obsessed about him having a baby their reasoning is because they want to see their relationship grow it’s more like they just want to see a god damn baby as if they were adopting a dog they just want to see a baby because they like babies
