Oh, I believe not. Since the monsters in Sweet Home can control/manipulate the persons mind before actually taking over them. This webtoons monsters just straight up kill them, take over their body, and gather her memory thingy. Tho manipulating minds can also be the cause of evolution or something, like how the one monster in Sweet Home grew stronger bc of the gas (idk what thr cause was but iykyk)
