The chapters are shorter for sure, but I was actually sad about some of it! it hit right in the heart. But they're soooo cute.
Dang, some good old wholesomeness that is nothing like the sadness of the authors other work .. phew. I needed that relief, I didn't want to be traumatized again.
yo that ex was horrible. what a horrible person. I wanted to punch him & I still can't believe he was still going on about it even after he got punched a few times. But the main couple is everything, this is sooo cute.
all the fluff, all the cuteness, very minimal angst.

I wasn't expecting the tears to be flowing as I pushed myself to finish it so late at night.
it hurts even more reading it for the second time, you notice things about them both that have to do with their past and what not in the earlier chapters

How can people call the teacher predatory?.. All he said, eventually - was that he liked him, after being pursued by the student that he had genuine interest in helping in the beginning. The student kissed him - and the student even said "we are officially dating now that its graduation".. implying that the teacher was clear that they couldn't be together until then. I dunno, there's loads of student x teacher tropes on here when the teacher is straight up predatory from the first panel... this was nothing like that.
