he thinks he’s having sex with someone because he is DRUNK. when you’re drunk, you cant really think and will act like whatever he’s acting like. the one who CAN THINK and who is Conscious is hajun. if BOTH are DRUNK, then that isn’t rape however when ONE of them is NOT DRUNK, it is rape.
