Mielle will not die because of Pushing her father down the stairs but after she black mail Isis to release her from Prison and then Rebel against the country and then saved by aria to work as a maid but poison her bother and then got beheaded like aria did.
Her Brother will die after the count fell to ruin and he works a normal job one day Aria invited him for tea but he accidentally drank the tea that mielle poisoned that was meant for someone else. The last thing he saw after he died was his sister poisoning him to death

Actually the reason behind Isis marriage with the foreign king is because she went seeking the support of a foreign kingdom to start a war against the royal family and take the throne, and that's why Cain told Aria to start learning a foreign language, but Asher and that king are actually acquaintances and had planned everything beforehand so he had them playing in his hand the whole time, later the nobles who supported Isis will get charged for treason and executed.

The crown prince, gains enough power and makes an official engagement to Aria after she declares herself as investor A, so the count is hesitating to support Isis and Mielle doesn't like it, Cain who was against the engagement was so obvious that Mielle realizes his feelings for Aria and propose a deal for him so they decided to frame her by scarifying their father and almost getting him killed (lol).

If she was accused for an attempt of murder she won't be able to enter the royal family register, Cain becomes the head if his father is bedridden and supports Isis and Aria will be detained under custody and locked at home since she's a minor.... Cain u disgusting pig!

But Asher appears and saves her and help her prove her innocence, during that time she tells him about her past so he also helps her with her revenge while getting rid of the corrupted aristocrats.

Cain and Mielle don't get executed right away, Aria pleads for them to be spared so she can play with them and torture them herself, and while their father is crippled and can't leave the bed her mother tricks him and takes all his fortune as pay back then leave him (so satisfying).

Oh he also helps her find her real father, she was actually the granddaughter of the marquess from the foreign kingdom xD
