Theres one more chapter to come out so idk if chulsoo will end up with ye-eun. Dowon did dye his hair brown and dorim did not. Jiha (I think thats glasses guy name I forgot) is not with dowon either. They all just stayed as ye-euns puppies.

Minhoon and Gunchan are human who became vampire (as kin), so they are technically half vampire. Though not like half vampire who were born between human and vampire, they are not dependent to blood that is why they are still considered human than vampire. They all can live eternally. No partner for Daniel.
Yes, kin basically is the food source for vampire but not necessarily bed partners as well.

I was thinking minjae since he's having flashbacks then I was thinking the father & he mono that thinking of his real son but im confused if its that or he meant minjae because he tells minjae "I have never once loved you"
Okay I now thinking about it , I think it was the father but he meant it as familial love and when he said "I never once loved you" I think he meant he never loved him in a romantic way, so when he monologue "guess I loved you more than I thought" he meant as a father figure, im judging that base on what he said on the phone call with Sooah "as a father I loved him"
Also I saw some say why it the title called Perfect Relationship and i think its because iit was a "perfect" ending a "perfect" revenge, to take away the one he loved so that minjae can live in despair
