IAN PLEASE GRAB MY ASS LIKE THAT TOO!! Jo move out the fucking way!! - anyways, joke aside, notice how Ian took notice of Joseph mood shift? Usually he notices things like that but this is a first he has expressed it openly by asking Jo why he changed. It may not be a big deal but it really is for Ian who always bundles things up and keeps quiet. Also another thing i noticed is that when Ian saw the change in Jo he tried to use sex as a comfort towards Jo, something Ian has done with tj, around the beginning of S1 when tj said he felt like shit and asked Ian to comfort him. But this time Jo actually pass up the "comfort" and brought up his acceptance to college instead of keeping it quiet. Little things like this seem to actually have an effect on Ian in a positive manner in communication
So excited to see Dohyun character have depth. Also what's with the false allegations against him, groomer? They're 3 years apart. Manipulator? Do yall even know what that means? Fake? Please he's been genuine and just has guilt about how they're relationship ended and with Wooyeon mother. Dohyun is so caring and worried.
Wet Sand always knows how to put me in a melancholic mood. Ian’s character means so much to me, mostly because in some way, I can relate to him.
He has always been overshadowed and misunderstood due to his sexual nature and the BL storyline, but really, he’s such a tragically beautiful character in the sense that despite the lack of power over his life, Ian still lives for himself, and yearns for his own truth. Everything has been dictated by his circumstances. The struggle for autonomy has been a present theme in Ian’s character and TJ is in the flesh (symbolic), an inner reflection of his struggle to realizing his individuality. To live for himself and his wants. TJ in a sense is the “consciousness,” the objective or reality, better said the environment which shaped Ian. He is representative of the reality which Ian lacks control within. TJ quite literally looms over Ian like something inevitable, shaping Ian’s life, and he is Ian’s circumstances.
While Jo is the “unconscious,” the desire; being in control. Jo has always been representative and of what Ian wants: a normal, mundane life. But Jo is also Ian realizing himself and his identity outside of his circumstances. Jo who yearns for Ian, and chases after him, is symbolic of Ian’s need of finding himself.
Boss x Dajeong story release today and the cover tell us we're so fucked having see Dajeong suffer before we reach the part where Hyeok told Boss he's horrible
Crap finding a husband ? And what if i end up liking them all... does anyone know who the real ML is? I'm assuming the black and green eyes one.
I remember when ch22 release I saw so many say they like Dohee/Heeji(?) and Dongwook better than the main (couple). Let's be real they just hate size difference and age gap. Then ch 23 released and they were so quiet because of how Dongwook disregarded/disrespected her and her disabled brother, how disgusting. Then how he push her to the wall and was close to hitting her too (he deserved that slap how he was speaking about her brother). At least Taehe wasnt rude like that and never did that. Even if it was pity, he was never so rude and treated her well, despite not catering romantic feeling towards her.
Tbh at the moment, I don't think Taehe never played her along, as those "friends" say, he was always upfront with her but she got too cared away (and I understand her; taehe was probably the first to ever help her?). I just hope she can get along with our sweet ajumma lol pls don't let this be women against women.
Has someone please seen the new special? I need know what happen, I saw one panel of Taku. I need crumbs please. Fyi author said there's only two specials, only one is out and I need know what happens.
I wanted to drop a quick summary on the politics behind Yeonjo’s father’s execution since I think some people are unclear on what happened or why it happened:
Yeonjo’s father is the right state councilor. The new king’s brother (aka the grand prince, which is the title of the past king’s legitimate son that is not in line for the crown) employed Kwon as an officer because of his record as a brutal solidier. An officer oversees and leads other soldiers. The grand prince believed Kwon’s savagery would improve their military. kwon accepted the position and spent Kwon served years as an officer, even reaching commander level. at At time, a group outside the border of Kwon’s territory called the outlanders were preparing to attack. The councilors and ministers of the state did not agree with preparing a campaign against a possible invasion because the grand prince’s brother had just ceded the throne, meaning the state isnt prepared to fight a war. The state also had low food supplies, so the military wouldn’t have provisions. The grand prince believes the territory is in jeopardy because of the councilors’ reluctance. Kwon even singles out the right state councilor as a threat. Kwon advises the grand prince to ignore the ministry and councilors’ authority for the “greater good” of the kingdom. The grand prince decides to take out the right state councilor (who has the most power of the councilors), his elder sons, and the ministers of defense. This is decided with the goal of making an example out of them and scaring the other officials into complying. Kwon is tasked with executing the right state councilor and his two oldest sons. When the RS councilor and the ministers were killed, the other officials withdrew from their original stances and chose to comply. Once all the officials were in agreement with the grand prince, and the new king was left helpless and without support from the council or ministry, the grand prince took over the throne in order to lead the war and defend the kingdom.
The INTERESTING part is that Kwon did not actually have to take the role of killing the RS councilor, he says it was fueled by self interest because taking on the responsibility would grant him a quick promotion, which is why he is now such a high-rank noble.
I remember saying Ian most likely see his mother in Toby and I noticed Toby tends to be in purple lighting in scenes with Ian, similar to Ian mother, Ian does has purple eyes as his mother. It's nothing serious but a very interesting detail. I do like Ian and Toby relationship, Ian definitely needs some platonic relationships rather than romantic too. He's been alienated majority of his life and I wish to see him become more freely.
Chapter 59 reminds of how Ian used sex as his sleeping pill, a very unhealthy form. I find it interesting that this is shown to us after chapter 58 where we actually see Ian start to have a more healthy form of sex, not using sex as a pill or coping mechanism to forget issues he doesn't want face. I think Jo has shown Ian bits of simplicity and stability that Ian needs in his life. It might not last long, as there's more upcoming plot with Jamie, but despite it being short, it's definitely what Ian needs right now.
Don't think this is even worth uploading the story got so bad that even korean readers are saying the author doesn't know what they're doing. And the author knows it's a shit show because they released a new wholesome story in May, she need get off Pheromone Phobia lol, but the new manhwa had be put on hiatus after 9 chapters because of the author needing to fix Pheromone Phobia lol so if it ends rushed you know why
I like how the phantom pheromones/music(?) dance and swiss around Chris, even giving him a kiss (CH7). But I'm worried because Ralph seems like a good lover and partner. I mean, an omega can have two alphas right . I was hoping Ralph and Phantom were the same person but they're definitely not.
-
Idk much about the phantom seems like a good guy but homie... "don't allow anyone touch you, you could've fight back" you saw what was happening too, could've done something (even with your pheromones). Take a step back.
Edit: ch.8 Chris happily explaining about omega at first glance will recognize their fated pair. Oh its foreshadowing Ralph might not he his after all (or maybe he has 2 *cross fingers*). Chris might even be conflicted by it and feel relieved, but regrets that he feels that way because he build a connection with the phantom (we all know he's Chris fated pair let's be real) while in Ralph absence.
Edit 2: chapter 16 piss me off, chris piss me off...I feel so bad for Ralph. Then after doing that to Ralph it leads to Chris having physical sex with the phantom (ch18 judging by the thumbnail but I need know what happen in ch17) but regarding chapter 16 does the phantom just let Chris get assulted then just kill them afterwards? Why aren't you intervening when it happens!!
For those who are curious; Chris get injured/fainted on stage. Ralph goes looking for him and goes to his dressing room where they tell him Chris is seeing a doctor, Ralph barges in (thank god) and the doctor under Chris dress, it looks like he's checking him but he's actually assaulting him with his tongue and fingers. Then Chris acts like he doesn't know Ralph . Chris asks to be alone and Ralph drags the doctor out who insisted needs check Chris injury (sure dude). They leave but Ralph over hears Chris talking to the phantom.
"You look tired"
"It's because I sang with all my heart for the angel (phantom)"
"You snag beautiful"
"The angel heart, Did it cry?"
This paranoids Chris because before barging in he heard one the ladies say Chris sang like he was falling in love for the first time. That she felt love (in his voice).
Ralph barges in to see who Chris is talking to but Chris is gone and runs looking for him and runs into the doctor as he grabs him the doctor is struck with a knife to his back (through from a balcony). It end there.
But damn I feel bad for him because just image you hear and felt like your supposedly fated partner never really felt love with you when you both believed yall did and to be shown that he doesn't remember you? Nah that irritated me, yall can call Ralph ugly (looks better in later chapters) but he's a kind man who sadly, I think will turn red due to anger and might hurt Chris later (which seems to happen alot in bl just to make the ML look better).
God I hate emotional cheating. Chris basically "broke up" with Ralph by saying he didnt remember him before physically getting with the phantom. Good writing author smh.
So where and how are the people who started switching to Joohyuk saying he's not that bad, how yall felt bad for him and he's changing/redeeming?? I knew this weirdo would always be trash.

Omfg I can't believe the author is back with another series. Their art got hella improved it looks so good. Currently rooting for the black hair actor Taeyeon♡
Feel like many miss the point of chapter 56. Tj monologue led to the scar scene for a reason. This isn't showing how strong their bond is. It's showing how tj used this moment to let Ian believe he is in debt to tj when it's built on a lie. Tj was not there save Ian as Ian thought he was. So hence tj saying the "debt = insurance policy"
i love how his character is like peeling an onion. i feel like—everyone does— that this personality of his is just the surface and that one chapter were he visited his parents says a lot too.
ian relationship with tj is more like a heaven in hell they've got each other since then, witnessed each other's downfall, each other's cries, experience each other's hell. and despite that they are still unable to let go of the other.
for ian and jo is on comfort side (at least for now) ian was able to experienced some of his firsts. soooo fulfilling to see that. and he seems to be very patient with ian too hope i can see more of ian's firsts with him.
this love triangle is really something bcs I don't care who will ian would end up with ><
Unless TJ leaves the gang somehow, he can’t be endgame. It won’t be realistic if he leaves immediately but it’s still realistic to leave a gang, he just has to prepare for that. But he’s preparing to continue being in the gang in a higher position.
He’s not thinking about what Ian wants. And anyone who believes he’s thinking about Ian, idk what you’re reading, but what he’s doing is not what Ian wants. Being in the gang as a leader just makes it more risky and less protection guaranteed. People act like TJ becoming a leader is gonna protect, no, some of y’all clearly don’t know the extent of how people can be in gangs. Some do not give a shit about who’s in charge.
This story wouldn’t be a story if Ian wanted to stay in the gang world. I can’t believe some people actually believe that Ian is deluding himself into thinking he wants a normal life. How is he deluding? WHO WOULDN’T WANT A NORMAL LIFE?
Ian clearly IN HIS WORDS said: “I’ve never wanted any of this from the beginning” (gang life). Just say that you want TJ as endgame regardless of how Ian feels, none of y’all care about Ian.
Ian killing David Kim is a blessing. I was reading back previous chapters and what David did to Ian he did to another young kid before meeting Ian and I'm sick to my stomach about it. If Ian didn't kill him image how many more young teens life he would've ruined omfg.
