I 100% get you. I usually dont hate stories or characters and i will find something to like them. But i have a toxic relationship with this one. I dont find characters lovable at all for the most part, and for that reason i dropped it like 3 times but then i see it on the home page and i pick it up bc i get curious but it doesnt help that the plot is drawing circles

I’m already hurting just by thinking of the “kidnapping accident” where edith would be tortured by that maid again in the basement where Cliffhole would abandoned Edith alone and only rescued THE bitch, then blamed Edith for joining hands with her family (clearly not!) MY poor Edith will be like a begger after getting out of that pitch hell by herself and tried to flee away from country only then Cillian has found her and forced to behead her!! I HATE the ending too cuz those bitches ARENT DEAD AND suffer the same way as Edith!

How it ends, but that wasn the end, Edith didn’t die ofc but she nearly will, she was about to give in her life at the hand of her beloved Killian
I wish I could but I’ve read the novel so those were gonna happen if the manhwa follow as novel, Edith wont die ofc, she gave up everything and accept her death at the hands of her husband without even looking at him, but how could he kill her? He couldn’t and there isn’t enough evidence that she did it so they postponed her punishment and imprisoned her. That’s when THE bitch sneaked in and tried to kill Edith but she got found out by Killain
So happy ending yeahh and now i dont have to feel bad for disliking Lize anymore
Nope! u can hate lizard all u want for she’s killed previous Ediths before ours too our Edith is the 13th one and she’s going to break this loop of the story and continue her future with killian and kids, I think in the end Lize got sent to a monastery after divorcing with Cliff, then Cliff got remarried with an elegant well mannered young lady (whom he doesn’t deserve)
