Isn't a fetish an abnormal desire or obsession to an object or a body part? In that case, people can fetish legs, voices or glasses. In your example, you're just talking about liking something. But liking and obsessively desiring something are two different things.

It's a nit pick but the 911 operator asking if the call was a prank because he mentioned the erection. A spontaneous erection (in that situation) is a sign of a serious brain injury. Any 911 operator worth their salt would know this. After he mentioned that the person was passed out and bleeding from the head, the operator wouldn't assume it was a prank because he said the person had an erection. That really irritated me, i dont know why. Griping aside I really like this, I'm looking forward to the developing of the characters and story.

Its not exactly a common thing for a fall from standing, you usualy see the spontaneous erection in people with spinal trauma like a car crash or someone who jumped off a 8 storry building. Maybe I just like to believe that 911 operators, EMT's, doctors etc are competent people even in fiction.
