I think his relationship with Hayato will be fine and even progress from here, the only reason Kazunori was so against being with Hayato was because felt like he was being treated "as one of your playthings". Kazunori seems to be very serious and pure, to the point that he refused free sex from someone he himself said is hot despite being a horny virgin. He just needed to know Hayato's feelings. Plus, now Kazunori will get over that other guy after seeing the way he is being so rude and trying to manipulate Kazunori's dear Hayato into sex based on a grudge. Even going so far as to say that Hayato "has no right to say no". I think this outlook on what would be their 1st time together will piss Kazunori off.

I don't think he had a suspicion, he gets all angsty because he thinks Hayato is "playing" with him. I think this was exactly what he needed, now he knows Hayato's feelings and can move on from his "crush" as he just saw Urabe's true colors, though i think the crush wasn't much to begin with. He just thinks Urabe is hot. I want his reaction to be swift and adequate as well, no need to drag this on now that our MCs have what they need to be together.
