Agreed. I'm all for romance since I read them, but there are certain stories where it is unecessary. I hope they just focus on the camaraderie instead.

same, same. i even root for the mc and the fl in some stories, but in others??? it just feels unnecessary. not every character has to be romantically interested in the mc, for god's sake. it just... kinda puts me off.
