Okay, I think Won is a manipulative fucker that drove his partner (Jinseo), to depression and anxiety, made him feel so shitty he killed himself (or maybe he even murdered him). Then moved on to the brother, as you can see, they met at the funeral, fucked right after, Won is trying to change Jinha's appearance, he made him wear his dead brother's clothes (so creepy), he likes to style Jinha's hair like Jinseo used to style it, it's weird. Jinseo was openly gay, they were definitely dating, the rings and all, Won is crazy. Jinha is a petty character, but he's not that crazy haha he's just dramatic (=・ω・=)
