It's so hilarious because on the family picture formed from his mind you can see that the marriage candidate and his family are squids (which means in korea that they are really not attractive or ugly) so that kinda indicates that he thinks of himself as the most handsome man. BUT the Baby the MC is holding isn't a squid so i guess the thought behind that are something like "well no baby from Rosalyn could be ugly" xD I love this guy seriously xD

I think she did that because jade was being too nice when he was supposed to be a tyrant in the future. She thought that she needed to toughen him up to get back to the flow of the original story since her main goal is going back to her world.
the original story has to continue in order for her to go back to her own world. in the previous life, she didn't know what went wrong, so she assumed that Jade didn't become a tyrant, thus changing the storyline. She has to turn him into one after her death and make him end up with the male lead

oh my gosh I really loved this chapter. My heart dropped to the ground when he asked if it was all for nothing in the last chapter. I was so sad, because he looked so hurt but seeing him laugh and being happy in this chapter, let all my angst disappear. I'm so happy ╥﹏╥
lmao am I the only one who finds the "side story" interesting. I mean yeah I like the mc and I want to see more of him, but it's refreshing and doesn't get boring if you see some things from the overall story. I mean everything has backgrounds. It would be boring in my opinion if everything would be about the mc.
Not when the side story's about toxic players. The only thing worth mentioning in the side story was the battle of rank 4 and 3.
