*Spoiler!*
As if the most recent chapter (21), it's been confirmed that both the teacher AND Glen have been stalking Joseph. The teacher's reason is made clear, but Glen's reasoning hasn't been explained yet. The endgame concerning Joseph and his relationship status with Glen is not certain, so there's still a chance that he won't just give in and love his obsessive stalker and harasser just because of nonsensical plot armour.
If he does, I'm hoping the story is much longer so that there's actually time to have Glen try and redeem himself in a realistic way that's explained well.... though I don't think there's really a way for someone mentally and emotionally healthy to fall in love with their obsessive stalker who purposefully put him in harm's way and traumatized him psychologically... We'll see. Hope this helped without giving too many spoilers?
Spoiler???
Thinking back to the friend though, there's kind of something off about him, I feel....but I don't know if he's actually a bad guy or not? Assuming that this story isn't just a gigantic ball of gaslighting and misdirection, the friend is currently the best bet for Joseph as a romantic interest (from what I remember... it's been a while, but I remember him being a generally good guy for the most part) but it's hard to tell since the story has an "unreliable narrative" and limited perspective that keeps readers guessing at who can and can't be trusted. I love it for that, if nothing else.
Right??? The only one I've tolerated and enjoyed so far, from memory, is Killing Stalking; And that's just because it made sense from a psychological perspective. Both characters were freaking insane and developed unhealthily dependent personalities due to things that happened to them in their pasts. That one at least made sense, as messed up as it is.

is this one shot?
