The blonde guy is Ryan. The first antagonist. Remember when he tried to snatch Yeon from Moon because he said Yeon smelled like the one who saved him? And he was quite attached to that sent? He was also jealous of Moon even in the past that he wanted to take want's Moon's. He has a perfume company, etc.
I guess he's now repentant on all the sht he's done. Hence, the flashback and all.

For sure Yeon knew about how much of a prick Ryan was after the snitching sht he did. But I don't think he knows why Ryan did that. Nor the shts that Ryan did to Moon specifically.
Before. Because Moon was still quite young when that happened. Neither of them knew Yeon at that time.
But when Ryan was saved by the guy with the special scent which was similar to Yeon's, it wasn't stated if it happened before or after. I'm betting after. Since I think it was his inspiration to pursue in the perfume industry.
Also, my guess is the guy who saved him was the secretary, the other blonde guy not Yeon nor Ryan. (Sometimes they look alike to me, I can't-
