try finding joy in the mundane and the grotesque. You must have a thing that can make you get into "flow", something very simple like cleaning windows, or taking care of plants. When I get very violent thoughts I just isolate myself for a while, and try to wipe the windows, I'll repeatedly wipe then maybe put on some music. Calligraphy helps me cal......

It gets better sweetheart. I don't know if you're a teenager or not, but if you are - give yourself some grace. It's hard being a teenager. It really is. It's confusing, uncomfortable and hard. But you slowly learn to walk on that road too. And you will walk on harsher roads. It's a long process, but do your best and you'll find your way.

It's helped me to remember that there are terrible people out there, who think they're great. So it's not fair to hate yourself over comparably small things LOL (also many of those really terrible people profit off of insecurities) Also don't hate yourself for something that can't be changed. Like your appearance or sexuality etc.
