This is truly the josei manga that has the FL spend all her time with the 2nd ML. I don’t ship her at all with the 2nd ML but I miss how it was in the beginning when the FL and ML were together more often. It feels like the second half has been them separated the entire time
Think of it more as though they both have an objective that their working towards to stop the evil dudes. They both have their jobs and once they complete it they can FINALLY be together.

A little bit shallow but I still cried solidly from the mid point of volume two till the end.
