I don’t like Soo Won...... I mean he has a sad back story and good reason, but he hurt her greatly and tricked her, persecuted her, his people set out to kill her, and trapped her and the dragons when she just wants to roam around doing good... the worst part is he separated her and haku... I don’t like the MC at the moment I mean yeah she cool and super badass which I love but throughout the whole series I feel bad for Haku. He was in love with her but gave up because he knew she and soo won liked each other and was willing to serve under them... then the rebellion happen and he protected her risking being persecuted and betraying his family. He could have gotten his whole family killed. He loved her and was by her side. Then when finally she has the same feeling for him she put it aside like he was unimportant. Hurt him with her words putting distance between them while still thinking about soo woon who had betrayed her. Even now he foams to rescue her but she didn’t go with him instead hurt him instead. She puts everyone before him even though she likes him and takes him for granted. If soo won cared he wouldn’t killed her father in front of her, didn’t try to to persecute her, also don’t let people be rude to her.... to be honest I want Haku to give her the cold shoulder for a while to let her experience what he had gone through being by her side..... Poor Haku
And king Il had good reason as well, his saved his wife who family and peers died due to the cruel persecution of his brother, also his wife was killed by his brother I think he gotten worthy revenge... not saying what he was doing is morally right but seeing how much hatred was in the brother (soo won dad)for the crimson king, if yona grows up and proved to be the reincarnation then she might have been in danger. So king is did that to revenge his wife and protect his daughter.
Sure he wasn’t a strong king or good but he wasn’t evil he just wasn’t competent doesn’t mean he deserve death in front of Yona and his daughter persecuted.
I was trying to hold it in which made it harder..... I really feel like the author needs to clarify the relationships and birth order. When the prince and princess first appeared I thought they might be twins and from a previous queen since they look nothing like Haruto. But if the prince had to skip a grade so he could to school at the same time as Haruto then he must be younger. And the queen said the princess looks like the previous queen. So that means she's Haruto's older half sister? If the prince is Haruto's full younger brother then why doesn't he have black hair too? I'm just confused.
I can answer the last one-because even if theyre full brothers, they wouldnt be identical. The hair colour could still be taken from the king, instead of the queen/ex heroine. Recessive genes and all that.
i could be wrong here but i don't recall any mention of the current queen being the 2nd wife. i think she's the only wife of the current king. if they said the princess resembled the previous queen they might have been referring to her grandmother. i'm pretty sure the prince, princess, and MC are all full-blooded siblings and he's their younger brother.
