Yes, ML in his 1st life was an asshole and a red flag but NOT a black flag. But because of his sleepless nights and ML neglecting him even on his ruts, this caused him to unable to distinguish on who raped him and MC thought ML did. And also MC was pregnant with ML's child when he killed himself which is why ML didn't want any kids in this life time. I do not condone ML's actions but this manhwa has a lot plot twits so don't just suddenly jump to conclusions because what you think might be true, won't be.
