Another drama filled plot where you're torn between liking it and frustration.
Both had traumas that have taken root and not been addressed. Its really saddening to see situations where parents are the cause of the trauma because somehow it doesn't really leave you. Kasumi was really brave to have confronted his own demons and somehow managed to stop himself somehow. He should be really sorry for what he did and admitting his mistake and respecting the boundaries of his victim is a good start. I hope the story will show more how he repents his mistakes.
What I worry is that the way Seiichi decided to address the confession from Kasumi. I wonder why mangaka-san wrote this so that somehow he is reenacting the trauma Kasumi had of his mother. He tells her he loves her but she responds by saying nothing and questioning his need for affirmation. He tells Seiichi he loves him but he is responded with an apology. And is somehow anchoring on Kasumi's love for him so he can move on. That just spells disaster.
I'm really invested now... Lol

Have people forgotten that aside from this being a fictional story, it is also a LOVE story between two consenting adults? I'll repeat... THIS IS A LOVE STORY BETWEEN TWO CONSENTING ADULTS!
A FICTIONAL LOVE STORY!
If you read more into this other than that then that's not the story's fault.
If you read this and thought hey I can actually target young individuals for my sexual frustrations or sumthin then you gotta get yourself checked out or surrender yourself to the police before it's too late!
If you read this and thought this has grooming and p*dophilia written all over it, then stop reading. And maybe ask yourself why that was the first thing that came to your mind while reading it.
If you read this and thought hey the two couples are cute and their love story was adorable, then let's high five and just enjoy the good story. Because that was just it. A good story.
Kthanksbye

I don't like what's happening (/TДT)/ I'm hoping it'll get better tho!
I guess I do have a bias for Taisei. Because what I saw was Hanaoka just being selfish. I mean, he did apologize but then he blamed in on his hurtful past. Like, can you not! Just apologize, period! Being hurt in the past and having issues about it is valid. But hurting other's feelings no matter your issues is never okay.
Ugh! Its so frustrating when you get soooo invested in a character and you just see him get hurt needlessly ╥﹏╥ Then you hate every character that hurts him lol... I love and hate you mangaka-san ( ̄∇ ̄")
Just when you thought it was starting to get mundane... It hits you with such perfectly cute and honest moment... Uke is such a positive and bright person. Loooove iiiittttttt!
