im seriously popping in every once in a while just to see some progress in the plot or to see if mc is at least getting along a little better. but surprise surprise, nothing changed TT this is seriously just a rape fantasy and at this point im still holding on just to find out if mc will ever be happy
i love this story so much but it really breaks all immersion when a character like lord aresh uses terms like "dude" and "baby" TT like minus the fact that some grammar and translations sound a bit off, the use of those "radical" terms are just so jarring for the characters, its really ooc. i cant really see any of the characters saying "yo" "baby" "dude" or "man". i don't get it, like why?? doesn't it take more effort to put those terms in?? ╥﹏╥

its almost like yaoi/bl writers doesn't know how to write a plot as anything but rape. sure, rape can be used as character trauma (only when its written well, esp for psychological) and can really work to add substance to a story, but not only is the rape trope everywhere (and used badly), but its even being sexualised??
im only ever clinging on to this in the hopes that one day, he'll finally be able to leave them and they'll just be pathetic little bitches begging for him to come back. and the'll stay begging because he'll never return to them.
or you know, he kills himself and they finally realise and regret what they did.
i feel a little frustrated that whenever the fl is in trouble, the ml always comes to save her no matter what. i mean, she used to be a very skilled knight, couldn't she think of strategies to get out of situtations or defend herself... i get that she's much weaker, but she should definitely be able to think herself out of a situation ┗( T﹏T )┛
