They are indeed brothers but from Osiris' not Seths. Anubis was born with Nepthys asking Osiris to give him a child (I cant remember if she's impotent but desperately wanted to give Seth a child). Anyway, Osiris gave Nepthys his seed, no sexual intercourse just the godly intervention he was born with, the God of Creation.
