i have some possibilities why guwon threw up.
1. he’s pretending to not remember anything and just going along with everyone for the stories plot. (him hyping himself up is just a manipulative tactic)
2. he actually doesn’t remember anything and has trauma and the throw up is just a reaction. (could be why he is hyping himself up in the mirror to make himself feel better.)
3. he’s actually dead. there could be some reaction (not to sure about this one)
don’t know for sure. i had a feeling something like this would happen. i didn’t think we would see guwons real side so soon (even if it was just a snip it) thought it would be jinwoos past and why he reacts the way that he does when he’s not fully there in the moment. can’t wait to see what the author does
usually when this sorta scene happens in other bls i’m so embarrassed for the both of the characters. but my god this was really refreshing to see.
