To be honest, I felt a little bad about how dismissive they were about the dad’s feelings in this chapter but to be fair…I WILL DO THE SAME SHIT TOO!!!
Becauseeee, how do you leave a baby behind (I do get the situation was abusive with their dad but he still left them behind in that abusive situation), just to show up not even days or weeks but YEARS later, makes it seem that the only person that provided stability and love wasn’t doing enough then rips them apart. That’s just selfish and he deserves whatever he gets.
