They're skipped because there was another group translating this manga. But that group skipped those chapters, Idk why, and then stopped translating it. Thank god, it's being translated again. And yeah, I agree, it's really stressful. That freaking teacher makes me want to make him suffer a slow and painful death. I feel really bad for Hinamori.
