I would suggest you read this. Yes he will marry them both and its such a turnoff but that is in the ending. Romance stuff is almost minimal and the girls are not annoying and are absolutely not pushover. I was one of them who disliked girls in these kind if stories but ended up simping so hard for Irene, one of the female leads. I don't really care for the red hair. The story is really good tho. On the level of solo leveling for sure. Not a single boring chapter and the MC is so devious OMG.
