I get how people hate Seungho and are frustrated with his lack of development right now, but we have to have some kind of pity for him. He thinks that Nakyum ran away from him after he confessed his feelings; for someone who has never had the chance to feel that way before, imagine the confusion and and pain he must feel. And the fact that Nakyum can’t tell him what actually happened makes it a whole lot worse since he doesn’t even get an explanation. I’m not saying Seungho isn’t bad for going straight back to square one, just that we can’t hate him for it because it’s really all he knows. And for everyone complaining about how they’re irritated because of how slow the character development is, fine you’re into stories with instant gratification but don’t press it upon the author, who’s actually doing a really excellent job creating a realistic story and timeline.

Seungho is broken rn... He was having feelings for Nakyum so, he's like that... Maybe he's thinking that Nakyum purposely tried to make him fall so, Nakyum can run away... And now that he fell, He doesn't know what real love is or how to show that because, he grew up like that... He doesn't listen because, he grew up like that. I know it's still wrong but, think of him and how he feels right now... He even had flashbacks at the start of the chapter because, he already has feelings （￣へ￣）

See, I knew he'd be dumb about this. He's too fucking up his own ass with his persecution complex to think critically. He always assumes everyone is scheming to control him somehow, when it's really just him projecting his own shitty behavior onto others.

And yes, his paranoia is probably influenced by whatever traumatic event happened in his past, but it's a part of everyone's life to grow beyond the hyperdefensive coping mechanisms and stop thinking of everyone as a villain, and yourself as betrayed. I say this as someone with PTSD who is intimately familiar with this type of disordered thinking. Acting this way will make you and the people around you more miserable, and is based in fear of a past that lives in the memory, not the reality of now.

Kinda feels like im reading “the silent lover” With the fact that its not only historical but the seme is constantly misunderstanding the uke and the uke is literally doing nothing wrong. Kinda starting to get on my nerves with how it keeps going back to square one right when we think we have progress.... i just want seungho to regret what hes doing and treat Nakyum a lot better instead of going back to being an ass anytime he is suspicious. Like its been so many chapters already and so many weeks just to get no where.
