Like he had a reason why he acted that way in his life with the MC before. I'm not saying it was valid or wasn't misguided, but he prob thought he was protecting her from something. We'll see.
I felt he had made a deal with his father because he KNEW he wanted the uke, but his father would never let it happen. So he agreed to see other people to give the impression he did try but only wants the uke. BUT, first, he seriously , ahem, 'dated' others, and now he says he was never sure how he felt or how he would feel in 10 years. There is nothing gratifying about this story to me. The seme suck big time.
Meil ' just cares about her siblings', and now has the wage to take care of all of them AND her debts are paid off but she stays working late at night, leaving her siblings alone so she can get a little attention from her crush? UGH.. Sorry, this is too boring and shallow. I'm out.
So siblings aren't allowed to have their own lived? Many siblings live whole countries away from each other and visit once every few years. She's allowed to have a personal life and that personal life she uses to hang out with her crush. Not only that but she's quite young and even if she was 40 so what? There's another older kid in the house and the younger siblings aren't babies nor todlers. This is such a bizarre take.
Nope, I quoted the character.. she said " I only care about my siblings". And staying late every night, ruining her health until her nose bleeds to catch a glimpse of someone is not what I would call a 'life'. I would call it obsession. At the detriment of her life and her family's life. What would they do without her? She's not having a relationship for a well rounded life fyi, she's working herself to death.
Also, she has 2 siblings who are not able to provide for themselves yet. She only recently was able to get them off the street debt free through the benevolence of the ML.

FL is allowed to have a personal life and she should! But the fact that she is spending what free time she has working overtime not necessarily for money but to MAYBE get a glimpse of or briefly talk to her boss who she has a crush on? I mean she can do what she wants but that’s kinda pathetic. That’s not what I’d call a personal life. It’s hardly a life at all.
As for the siblings aspect and her love life. Yes, FL is allowed to fall in love. It is very gracious of her to care for her siblings, and they dont necessarily need to be her whole life. But seriously, risking your literal physical well being to, again, just catch a GLIMPSE of someone is insane.

I waited SO long to see the idiot ex who cheated and dumper her find out she was pregnant and it was given like 1/2 a page of him finding out and not losing it at all. Completely anti climatic for me personally.. and I can't stand to watch the crazy eyed Rashta weave her sh*t anymore. The politics is always something I deal with for a good story, but I just don't care . I guess I'm out.. have fun everyone:)

I have not read it.. I occasionally see comments from people who have spoilers, but not too much. My interest totally waned because there was zero payoff after her ex found out she was pregnant, a supposed reason why he dumped her. Not fun for me.
45 chapters now. Don't get me wrong, I think Dan is really emotionally damaged to feel like he loves this AH.. They are both OTT characters... but how long does the author think we want to see someone get beat up physically and emotionally? I actually checked out of this story quite a while ago and just checked back in. Waiting to see how the seme get hurts, how the uke finds his freedom... I'm curious.. but I guess I will check out again, I don't enjoy endless abuse as entertainment. It has to stop at some point.
I mean, the seme has waited years to make a move.. it's not like he's rash.. and he's clearly liked and been jealous about the uke all that time.
I get he's ready to move forward, but... it does look like he's pretty experienced, no biggie, just didn't seem like his character would be so far... and he keeps being drawn with this sly faces. Perhaps the artist is trying to portray teasing and affection, but it feels like this is turning into a different story now.
I think the art is stunning, but I hate this story. I really just can't, in fact I just check in every once in a while to see what's happening.. but I'm done. I REALLY hope this artist/author does another story but I also hope it's not this hard to stomach.
Intriguing and different story. I look forward to it. Even if there was some reason for him as her husband to be cold to her, I hope she doesn't fall for him right away. I realize it's about his obsession with her, but I just would like her to have some sweetness in her life.
I mean, it looks to be interesting, I wish it was more serious. Because it's corny how naive the FMC is and the things that happen between them so quickly. I wish she was clever, but I'm still here because it does look to be fun and I like the art, of the MMC at least.
