I'm beginning to wonder if the author actually had this mapped out? You know? Doesn't it feel like the author is sitting around thinking ' now I'll throw in some doors and another reality and mess with the readers minds' ?
i agree cause i think all the character development, relstionship progressions everything works in unison in are actually really good but the plot tool of alternate timeline/reality is kinda in shambles cause it had no rules and the authors just making shit up as we go. its a first for me cause the story flows very well, its just the technicalities are not adding up
It's REAL hard for me to appreciate the fl... she's doing all the things the villainess usually does.... lies that's she pregnant to marry someone, then fakes a miscarriage so she doesn't have to come up with a baby.. I get her family is poor, but hard times are what defines a person, and he answer is to cheat and defraud an ex.. She's icky... the only thing that I can say, is the ml is not only on to her, he evidently orchestrated her into a spot where she'd come to him for help. He probably even put her families business in dire straights to get her back.. So... toxic , meet toxic:)
They always make everyone so petty for drama's sake. I can't believe no one would sympathize with the woman who had been his gf for 5 years and he suddenly marries someone else. Also, all this time I kind of thought that the ML was going to be a brother to her boss, and she misunderstood that he wanted her romantically. They look alike.. But I guess I was wrong. It makes it a little more interesting that the ML is actually an arrogant guy with no real interest in the FL... further to fall :)
That's all exactly how I thought except... I thought there was some device to send them back in time, not a 'wish'. Also, it's hard to swallow that in the first life when he knew how he was set up for the divorce, that he just accepted it and only said 'okay'. That alone is SO weak, what a wimpy character.
?? it was rlly impossible to reconnect with eunha since he knew eunha also recovered her memories???????? plus he's dealing with a psychopath? hello? one wrong move and he knew it's checkmate for him. of all adjectives you can find it's wimpy????? that's a mischaracterization. anyway to each of their own i guess
Yes, hello....I was talking about his prior life. See where I said 'he KNEW he was set up for the divorce', ..but he didn't even try to explain or fight for her.. He just said "okay".. haha.. I think there was even some kind of explanation about he thought he could fix it later.. it's been awhile since I read it.. but how is that even a reasonable thought process? So , yes, he acted SO wimpy when he let his wife go so easily.. after he cried such tears of joy at their wedding I thought it was going to be a much more complex reason why he just let her go, but no..
There was something in the beginning saying this goes dark... I don't enjoy those myself. I don't care if it's similar to My Happy Marriage, there are tons of tropes repeated constantly, it just matters how well and how different they are told.. to me..So I will give this some time and hope it doesn't go too dark.
I like age gap romances so that doesn't bother me. He's an adult, 24.. I. liked both stories, I wish there was more, and I wish we could have seen the daughters reaction to her mom dating.. but I suspect she would have been ok with it.. being as her mom was. happy and she was a pretty free spirit herself.

We've seen him horribly abused and discarded. While he lay there in so much torture he hears the person he loves say he wish he would have died.. and now he longs for him. I just can't.. abuse stories can only go on so long before I get my fill if I don't see the victim start wising up. Enjoy everyone.. :)
