translated live while the story was still in progress.
As for english fan translations, at the moment I only know of one complete fan translation, but it still has chapters locked.

Are they feeding MC some type of pill that'll make him have a womb? That's why they are really pushing it so he fucks with the Demonic Sect Leader (providing Aphrodisiacs and such) I think they want the baby of both ultimate constitutions to make the vessel of the Blood Demon or something. So MC will have a baby and they're planning to take it away from them... Just a guess........... Cuz I question the point of MC being sent there... He wasn't told to poison anyone or spy.. He's just sent there to get fucked because of his Yang Energy Constitution...
Another theory would be that there's poison on the pills so everytime they have sex and the Seme circulates the yang energy from MC he gets poisoned bit by bit.
