I’m rereading this and apparently lyle and ash’s first time meeting was a bad one? I know ash liked the other blonde guy, Kyle’s fiancé. But I don’t think the story showed what happened before
Yea this skips right over their past and dives straight into the present. There’s not a lot of backstory given to us. I’ve been trying like crazy to find the novel to read but I can’t find it anywhere.
I believe that Ash and Kyle’s fiancé dated for a period and there may have been a love triangle situation where one was trying to win him over when he was closer to the other. Lyle originally formed rank to support his brother, but he never really had any personal issues with Ash.
Karlyle saw the blonde guy (Nick) and Ash’s hugging each other so he thought Nick was having an affair behind his brother’s back, ofc he’s always be on his brother’s side so he scolded Nick in front of Ash’s face, Ash didn’t like seeing his crush getting scolded like that so he had a bad first impression on Karlyle
