The only thing that I know is that the wolf from the end is the Hyung (I forgot his name, Hwa's boyfriend)
So as far as I understand.
Hwagok gets his "idea" because he directly recieve Khaki's (LeeBin's father, an elder) blood.
Hwa don't have his own "idea" mayve because he is basically a lycan, not a vampire. Because as far as I can remember when Hwa is bitten by LeeBin his Lycan blood prevents him from being a vampire. So because hwagok is a lycan when Hwa is born then there's a possibility that his lycan blood takes over his body

And might I say that the artist of the manhwa draw Aria so exquisitely, like every other chapter she changes, like you can see that she's growing, and Mielle is like what 16, 17? in a body of an 8 year old.
Oh and yes, looks like the downfall of Mielle is approaching. (<--- If you think this is spoiler, think not, cause every bad guy in the story always has its downfall anyway)
