I feel like ignoring or treating K differently won't last. Yes, fabian would probably get mad and feel betrayed. However, it's so rare to see characters not forgiving someone they like/love when they are wronged by them. Like in 1 or 2 chapters, they already made up. But I hope I'm wrong on this one because I really looking forward to K's regret/redemption arc.
