So you’re really going to pretend like you don’t want alllllllll this? But really they both should stop pretending smh.

I think maybe something with Hangyul’s family happened like his parent’s relationship or financial situation changed so he stopped inviting ppl over. He didn’t have a best friend and drew lines to keep it that way so he wouldn’t have to explain. I think Sangjae might have been close but he saw how he had multiple other friends and decided on his own he wasn’t his best friend after all so he made that line clear with that text. Jeong is different bc there’s also feelings involved so it’s complicated for Hangyul bc he’s still so used to drawing a line and keeping ppl at a distance but at the same time he wants to get closer with him as well. So he currently doesn’t know how to deal with that.
