well i mean haruto's family is powerful and rich and full of alphas so while kiyo's family may be too it could become extremely complicated and possibly more dangerous for uke even more so once he became pregnant which is why kiyo was trying to get intel on insider info within the lab - uke was already drugged and thrown into a dangerous situation with haruto without anyone knowing
I was on the verge of tears for like a whole chapter but they never came. But after I finished reading this, when I should’ve been fine, I was still left with this sad ache.
