I'm obsessed with this story. The novel is translated up to Ch 46 and ongoing, just waiting for chapters to unlock. Ch 46 of the novel is somewhere around Ch 61 of the manhwa.

Highly recommend the novel. It's very well written. A few mistakes in the translation but nothing hard to decipher. I'm happy that a majority of readers, even manhwa only readers, seem to get the complexity of the characters.

I came here because of that one TikTok. Starting reading and soon forgot about the TikTok, forgot that the cover didn't match the characters (yet), I just fell in love with the writing, the comedy, the angst, and ofc the cast of characters.

When it all came together later on, I thought the writers did a fantastic job with the transition. Reading the complaints about this story baffles me ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

It's a gem! Gonna go find the novel now!

I truly believe the author of such a novel to be unapologetically unhinged. There's nothing to romanticize here. So best prepare yourselves for what's to come if they dare adapt it all.
Even I had to take a break from reading for my mental health because the author seems to savor the perversion and brutality.
