Did we read the same story? In the beginning there was nothing but a bunch of meetings and stuff, which lead to them finding mr. shishkin or whatever his name was in like chapter 20. Caesar got shot, Lee Won patched him up and their relationship started developing from there. It only started going downhill somewhere between 35 and 40 chapters, when Lee Won's father, Mikhail, appeared. Caesar started losing his trust in Lee Won and started thinking he is going to be betrayed by him or some shit. And in like chapter 40 Caeser shot Lee Won and I believe from chapter 41 was the first time Caesar raped Lee Won. So no, the beginning wasn't worse...After that people had some hope Caeser would change, even if his apology was shitty. But nope, he did it once again.
Honestly, this is so typical for the end of a vampire story. They so commonly end with the one person who was human either dying or being a vampire or both.
I mean, that's the only endings possibleif they remain human ofc they're gonna eventually die,and if they don't wanna die,ofc they're gonna turn into a vampire
