Its is a sad society but at least Kin and Kou have a peace of mind that their children will go to a happy family who are DESPERATE LIKE VERY DESPERATE to became parents because they can't have children because not everyone gets that luxury. But because the babies are half breed half human half animals they have a better understanding of when their mother said "visit me when you guys are older I'll make you guys coffe" when they grew up Tou gets to meet with one of their sibling (the one who got scratches and remembers) so is not all sad because even the adoptive parents are ok with the children meeting their real mom In the future .

Nope its a man... its a weird thing about omegaverses depending on the author. A lot of authors tend to call them men too, but fargo (this author) uses female pronouns for omegas. So idk if you've noticed, but Byul calls Hyesung Mama not papa. They are seen as pretty and lady like so therefore they are treated as women
