I don't think it's a matter of "MAKE their sons go against each other." Dabi, on his own accord, is literally trying to kill Shouto. What other choice does Shouto have but to go against him? Dabi can't be reasoned with, remember Midoriya and Shouto tried but Dabi just ignored them both and instead tried to incinerate Shouto. And Dabi doesn't care if he "accidentally" kills any of his other siblings. Dabi is the one that's forcing this confrontation not the parents.

Ik but the parents are to blame of what Dabi has become, and maybe just maybe if another todoroki sibling comes he won’t attack? Their is a possibility ya know.

It's very sad when I think about it because you can clearly see that all the feelings touya had as a child are still their. He knows the reason that his parents decided to have more children is because of his failure to live up to his father's expectations so he constantly tried to show him he can be the son he wanted hoping for endeavour's acknowledgment. But he's now trying to kill shouto because he believed that shouto took away his father's love (if we can even call it that) and to show him he paid attention to the wrong child

Finally someone with brains. The todorokis are one fucked up family, pour dabi. Why?
Toga stabbed Ochako on their first meeting when Ochako and Tsu were trying to run away for safety and she would have sliced up Tsu but help came.

Yeah I understand that but toga has such a shitty childhood, her quirk is the reason why she drinks blood and her family disowned her for that, same as ochako is doing and tsu and izuku, the poor girl is hurt, and when ochako clearly didn’t not understand why toga does what she does she started to cry, cmon if their hero’s they should have a bit of empathy.

Umm . . . but Toga was never disowned by her family nor was she abused.

Chapter 225 & 226 gives her backstory. They mention that she ran away from home after attacking a classmate with a knife and drinking his blood. I suspect the cops were looking for her after that incident.

The worst her family did was not accept her behavior as it related to her quirk. They told her to act like a normal little girl so she felt a need to suppress her urges. But her parent's unacceptance of her behavior was understandable because she was killing animals and drinking their blood and as you can see she eventually graduated to attacking and sometimes killing people then drinking their blood. (In real life we'd definitely be looking at this as psychotic behavior.)

Frankly people don't like being knifed nor having their blood drained out of them. I can understand why Ochaco doesn't empathize nor sympathize with someone who has homicidal urges. Ochaco's duty is to save people and Toga has not once displayed anything that says help me. She likes living the way she does now.

I felt really bad for her when I read her backstory. Not trying to be negative but her quirk seems like it was made to do bad things I always wonder if she was a hero how a quirk like that would be useful against villains. Her quirk seems to have evolved because she can now use the quirk of the person she's impersonating like when she used uraraka's zero gravity in the war arc, because of this her quirk seems like a messed up version of Monoma's only it uses blood instead of physical contact. She's kinda like tomura in a way if they had gotten help as children they wouldn't have been so corrupted

Yes exactly my point. Tomura, Touya and Toga, It all could have been prevented if they were raised by a mentally stable family or even if caring and understanding people were around them, but instead the got neglected :(

As a hero Toga would be great in special ops that requires stealth. She could just do what she did when she impersonated Kami from that other hero school. Toga could find someone working in the organization the heroes are trying to infiltrate, knock the person out, take some of their blood (but don't kill them), impersonate them, then come back with info for the heroes.
