Well I think the good points of this
(a.k.a Furuya performin well)
1. Ochiai is PROVEN WRONG that taking away the ace number from Furuya will destroy him and hinder his growth
- because as we can see, ace number being taken from him, he was able to see his shortcomings and be more aware of his surroundings, his teammates and most espcially the importance and how to carry the responsibility.
2. Furuya performing well helps the team. Their motivation, enthusiasm and more importantly helps the team LAST LONGER.
- summer is tough we need everyone to perform to the best of their ability.
3. Furuya performing well, will help Eijun strive harder!!!
-help him keep his cool (hope so, and a reminder that he don't have to carry the team alone.
Now.. We're only left with
1. Prove to Ochiai that giving Eijun the ace number is the right move.
- that it will stop Eijun's growth.
2. Eijun to perform well, and prove once and for all that he deserve the ace number!! (even when there's a Flame thrower right beside him)
3. FOR EVERYONE TO ONCE AND FOR ALL RECOGNIZED EIJUN!!! ACKNOWLEDGE HIM!!!! LONGTERM!!!!
- like damn, you all never really acknowledge him!!! You teammates I tell you!!! You're all just lip service - and just taking him for granted whenever you need him or in a pinch.. BUT YOU NEVER REALLY ACKNOWLEDGED HIM!!!!
- like when he carries you all, but when he slips up even a tiny bit you pull him out and say words like 'it needs to be done for he isn't performing well' like damn!!! Talk like you never did shit!!! (yeah Miyuki I'm talking about you)
