It seems for me, that senpai ghosted Motoki and ran away with the stalker after graduating, probably they were in a relationship. Things might’ve not worked out with them and lied his way through to get back with Motoki with his friend as an accomplice. Who was fed up already by his lies. Which I assume the one who says disgusting.
The plot could have been more clearer if it at least illustrated whose hand touches senpai. Or it was properly illustrated with the characters’ reactions, or if there’s a POV of senpai or his friend or if there’s an extra chapter to answer all the unanswered questions.
But personally, it would have been better if Motoki would cut off his relationship with that senpai and just move on with someone honest and trustworthy.
