Nope. He's really an omega. In omegaverse, there are some omegas/alphas who are late bloomers especially when you are recessive. Some are not aware of their third gender until they became adult. In this case, Isaac lived as a beta because he didn't realize yet that he is a recessive omega until he turned 19?
