I feel the same. I know the MC and the male lead are childhood friends but...they're not really taking time to truly get to know each other. They only have sex unlike with the second lead. He took time to talk and get to know the MC. That shopping date (?) was cute

The only thing I don't like are the comments saying that the seme should have quit his job.
Maybe when I was younger I would have thought the same thing but over the years I've documented myself on the matter, reading interviews and watching YouTube's videos with AV actors answering popular questions, just to understand them better before creating my own opinion. They're normal people, they have partners which they love immensely and they have a job which they also love. So it's really unfair, especially if coming from a outsider, to ask them to choose between the two of them.
This is just my opinion and I don't want to offend others. I know that this is just fiction, but there are real people out there in similar situations and for this reason I just want everyone to try to understand them better before saying thing that may sound really cruel to them.
